Delivery policy
We offer a delivery service to Bay Area and San Francisco with a delivery fee of $10 and up.

For same day delivery, orders must be placed by Noon.

In case of recipients’ absence, we will leave the flower arrangement with a neighbor or security desk and leave a note or phone message indicating who’s holding the package. In case of wrong address given by customers, a second delivery fee will be charged.

Flower Substitutions:
Since we only carry certain flowers during certain seasons, not all arrangement presented on our website will be available at all times of the year. Nevertheless, we will do our best to provide as close to the specified arrangement as possible, while remain true to the customer’s preferred theme, style, and color scheme.
